These birthday socks for Sean were one of the quickest knits in awhile. Knit up using Knit Picks Felici sport weight in the monochrome colorway, I decided on an after thought heel so not to disrupt the self-striping pattern and I really love them! So easy.I'm sure he'll get a bunch of mileage out of these ones since he loves the color black. And the yarn is really soft; I can imagine they feel great under foot.I'm pretty sure the sport has been discontinued (this was a brilliant little stash buster project), but the fingering weight is still available.
